Your facilitators, Arpita & Arjuna, bring between them over four decades of dedicated practice in yoga, meditation and mantra. Their journey has taken them from the mystical landscapes of India to the ancient forests of Guatemala, and now to the rolling hills of Tuscany, where they share these transformative practices through their Yoga & Meditation School and Retreat Home, LoveEvolveAwaken.com.
